How it works

  • 1Create your free B3NA account — you will find “Referral link” in your dashboard.
  • 2Activate the program and we create your link and code from your store name. You can ask us to change the code later.
  • 3Share it: anyone who opens a store from your link, or uses your code when subscribing, is counted for you.
  • 4When they subscribe and pay, you earn 20% of every invoice — repeated on every renewal.
Example: one merchant on the monthly plan = $2.40 for you every month they renew It grows with the yearly plan and with every new merchant you bring. There is no cap on earnings or on the number of merchants.

Program terms

  1. The commission is 20% of every paid subscription invoice that comes from your link or code, repeated on every renewal for as long as the merchant stays subscribed.
  2. Attribution is decided by the code entered at payment; with no code, it falls back to the last referral link opened within 60 days before signup. The first paid invoice locks the link permanently.
  3. Every commission is held for 30 days from the payment date before it becomes available for withdrawal.
  4. No commission is paid on refunded, cancelled or disputed invoices; if already paid to you, it is deducted from your balance.
  5. The link and code are for marketing only: you may not use them for your own accounts or accounts you control, and misleading ads, spam, implying you are an official B3NA representative, bidding on the B3NA name in search ads, or posting your code on coupon or deal sites are not allowed.
  6. B3NA reviews suspicious cases manually, may suspend any partner who breaks these terms, and may amend the program terms with prior notice.

Frequently asked

When can I withdraw my commission?

30 days after the invoice payment date. Once your available balance reaches $50, it is transferred to your chosen payout method: PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer.

What happens if the merchant cancels?

The commission stops at the first invoice they do not pay. Past commissions stay yours. If they subscribe again, the commission resumes.

Can I use my own code on my own account?

No. Self-referral — on your account or accounts you control — is not allowed, and suspicious cases are reviewed manually.

What does the buyer get from my code?

The same public first-payment discount. Your code gives no extra discount; it simply credits the subscription to you.

They signed up from my link but did not use my code — do I still get credit?

Yes, as long as they create their account within 60 days of opening your link and do not open another partner's link before signing up. It does not matter whether they use your code, the public discount code or no code at all. The only exception is another partner's code entered at their first payment, in which case that partner gets the referral. After the first paid invoice the referral is locked permanently.

Do I need to be a merchant to join?

You need a B3NA account, and the account is free. You do not need a running store.
